+Slytherin
Would it be a good idea to include a box on the form where the person submitting the cache for approval can leave an explanatory note for the cache approver. This not will not be included in the final cache page after approval. This might speed up approval of some caches (particularly virtuals) by cutting down the amount of times that caches are turned down or put on hold while the approver requests further info from the applicant. +Sissy-n-CR
I'm sure it's in the works for the new site. In the meantime, I just post a note to the new cache with explainations and request the note be deleted when approved. Works pretty good! CR Link to comment
+nittany dave
I just begin the description of the cache itself with "To admin/approver..." in large, bold font and remove it when the cache is approved or the need no longer exists. Link to comment
+Renegade Knight
This has been suggested before and I do like the idea. While nittany dave has described the current solution it leaves the cache at risk for the admin to forget to remove the note and so some of your 'secrete' might get out. Sometimes a virtual for example is best left to be discovered. Etc. ===================== Wherever you go there you are. Link to comment
+Harrald
In the short description area I will add a note to the approver. I do this in red using tag <font color="#FF0000"> and large using the tag <h1> both need to be closed for it to work. I don't think any approver could miss this even if they tried. I've also never had to removed it myself. The approver has done it for me. ==================================== As always, the above statements are just MHO. ==================================== Link to comment
