Not sure if this is the right place but I'm looking for a TB race in the UK to join.

How about Nottingham UK to Nottingham, New Hampshire, USA?

 

The current Great Chicken Race will flap on until the end of 2011 but it's been very popular so, who knows? there might be another similar race for next year.

 

There's also going to be a TB Race from this year's UK Mega in Swansea to next year's Mega in Cartmel, NW England:

"If you have bought a (Mega 2011) Supporter's Pack, your official entry dog tag will be in the pack. Anyone else can join in too - the tags will be available to purchase on the day or, afterwards, through stockists. While there will be a massed start in Swansea on 31st July, entrants can start at different locations and at a later date."

And the good news is that it is just about to start.

There is also a T/B race to be the first to visit all the LQ caches in England. That's been running for a while but to the best of my knowledge, no-one has claimed a win. Tyrolean Maid's LQ Racer has so far visited 26 LQ caches but still has 25 to go.
