Where can I buy camo tape?

Maybe try Bass Pro or Dick's Sporting Goods in the USA .... but yeah, we haven't annexed Wisconsin just yet. Paperwork is still going thru from 1812 I think

There's a Cabela's in Richfield, WI but that's 2 hr. from where you are.

I found digital camo duct tape at a local Wal-Mart in the hardware/tools section. They carried a variety of colors, and digital camo was one of the options.

While pre made camo pattern tapes may be what you intend to ask for, there are many ways to use tape to build camouflage patterns.

I tend to use duct tape in many solid colours and cut to size as required. I've even used light coloured tapes and a few coloured indelible marking pens to 'touch up' some of the straighter lines ( you can cut it on curves etc as well). One can also use it as a base for paint. Sometimes material can be added by catching it under the tape a la Ghillie camo.

 

As for where, you've had a few suggestions, but I'd say any half decent sporting goods / hunting store I've visited Stateside would have it... and there are many online for hunting/archery/military (including 'paintball') suppliers.

 

Have fun with it. BTW nothing sticks out quite as much as camouflage that does NOT match the surrounds. Some times though the bizarre can be effective, search Razzle Dazzle and other techniques.

I find digital is the poorest camo.. I tend to find them quickly.

 

BTW I bought a roll of Allen tape from Bass Pro.. it was the poorest ever.. it unwrapped itself. I wrote to complain but heard nothing back. My advise is to avoid it.

I've found this kind works well on plastic peanut butter jars. It seems to hold up well through heat and humidity as well as bitter cold. I get it at Wal Mart. Gorilla brand tape works well but I don't think they make a camo tape.

Any hunting supply store is a good bet, too.

Ditch the tape.... use spray paint and some sand for texture! It will cost about the same price, look loads better, and will last longer. Tape will eventually rot.... ewww! Paint will not.... yay!

Menard's carries it also in the paint section. I'd avoid any except the one pictured, like one person commented it just doesn't stick for some reason.

I saw camo tape in one of their magazines last night in fact. It's not really a tape, but a tacky material that wraps nice but can be removed without ruining stuff.
