For one it violates the site's TOS. For another the author of the app has discontinued support for it. At any time GS could update the site and block C:geo from being able to get the caching data. The official geocaching app doesn't keep track of your finds. If your talking about doing a search for caches and seeing the ones you have found checked off, then no you will not loose that data. That is all in your GC account and the official app gets all its info directly from your GC account. Quote Link to comment

Works great for me. there is an open source c:geo app that is still being developed and supported. Just search for c:geo and itll be there. Quote Link to comment
