Dulce-Joy
Hi all, Not sure what to call these, but I'm curious what other ones of these are out there other than the 2 that I know of. They're pretty neat. Here are the 2 that I know of. GC279GP (Oregon) and GC2N5D1 (Colorado) What you'll have to do after you go on the cache page is go down to the map part of the cache page and select 'View larger map' and then you mave have to zoom out a little to see what I'm talking about. Do these have a particular name? Does anyone know of any others out there? Oh, and how do they do this that they can plan these out so perfectly when they are on the ground? Thanks! --Dulce-Joy Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
There are a number of them in existence. Don't know what they are called but some are quite elaborate Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
I know what you mean and I just had a search around and pulled up this topic from a couple of years ago - There are a few other examples mentioned: Heart shaped cache arrangement. MrsB Quote Link to comment
+TomToad
Maybe we should give them a name. I propose "Iconoseries" Quote Link to comment

+Mushroom finder
It's some form of cache art. I like to think of them as do it yourself crop circles. Don't know if you noticed, but there is a big smiley face some miles to the SW of that big frowning face you linked to. I've only noticed one in my area so far and it is a big cross like the second one you linked to. Quote Link to comment

+Coldgears
There's plenty of room between the eyes and circle, whats stopping me from hiding a bunch of caches to fill in the gaps? Then I just ruined your picture! That's the biggest issue I see. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
If you did, I bet your caches would mysteriously 'go missing' rather quickly. Quote Link to comment

No one would actually want to do it, I think. Quote Link to comment

+PokerLuck
Here's some GeoArt that I just had published. It's dedicated to US Navy ships, with a little history included for each featured ship. If you're ever in East Tennessee, stop by and pick them up. Anchors Aweigh Quote Link to comment
