The people have spoken and www.geocaching.com was the People's Voice Award winner for Community website in the 2003 Webby Awards ( http://www.webbyawards.com )! Congrats to Groundspeak for building such a great site that they are sometimes even getting bounced off the web because of the serious amount of traffic that rolls through here (often on a Sunday after heavy weekends of geocaching this summer). Next up: optimizing the database lookups to avoid the lag time and redundant connections that cause most of the traffic problems? Link to comment
