Now I had already paid my Charter membership subscription back when it came on line ... but when I updated my card number ... it cancelled my Groundspeak membership ... no it didn't refund ... it just cancelled it. So, I had to pay another $30 to get it back on line. Not to worry, Jeremy is going to take care of it ... but I just wanted to make you aware of this quirky PayPal issue. Forget Paypal customer service ... it doesn't exist If you have to change or update your card information with them ... i.e, new card, updated card ... whatever ...
