+safechrisLaurie Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Hello. Our family vacation starts in a day or two. We are looking for caches along Highway 75 going from Tampa, Florida to Charlavoix, Michigan. We will mostly be traveling along Highway 75. I found one neat cache in Georgia, and Tennesee, but couldn't find anything great in Kentucky. Anyone got any suggestions? We are going to try High Falls in Georgia and The Royal Blue Stairway to Heaven in TN. Anything I might have missed? Thanks for your help and keeping the adventure alive for my family! Quote

+Spraginator Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 If you're willing to go a little out of your way, stop by Cumberland Gap. One of my favorite places! Never cached there, but just a quick look, GC1N9KE looks nice. It's an earthcache. Also, you could pick up Virginia also with GC1RNR7. (Another Earthcache). I looked on Google maps and it looks like stoping by Cumberland Gap would add about 40 minutes to your drive (23:20 to 24:00) I think it would be worth it. The area is beautiful! -Mark Quote
