Denver#9 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Ok, so you have a TB, you live in Tucson, AZ it wants to go to Kansas City, MO. You were going to MO for vacation but your plans changed. Yet you really want to put the TB in this one cache. Is it "allowed" to send it in the mail to your geocaching friends to put it in the cache for you? Quote
+Panther&Pine Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Bugs should only be mailed with permission from their owner. You can send the owner a message and ask if they mind if you mail it. But generally bugs are supposed to travel from cache to cache with cachers as their mode of transportation. Quote

+Eartha Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 TBs are meant to travel cache to cache to get wherever it is they are going. Do not mail one without the owner's consent. Quote

+NattyBooshka Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 I handed one over to a cacher from the other end of the country... In my front room when he was up here on business... Is that acceptable? Quote

Totally acceptable, it's the natural path for a TB to go from cache to cacher to cache, as long as it gets logged properly, it's perfectly fine! Quote
