+acachebox Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Geo has my location as down in Cherry Hill NJ while I live just outside Princeton. How do I fix my location on my computer? When I search for caches it displays those I have found along with those I have not. How can I exclude my finds? Quote
+Bear and Ragged Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Go to you account page: http://www.geocaching.com/account/default.aspx or http://www.geocaching.com/account/ManageLocations.aspx and check your location is set correctly. Quote
+mpilchfamily Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Just looking up caches near your home location doesn't allow you to filter anything. If you become a premium member you'll be able to create pocket queries. Allowing you to filter your search in any way you like and receive a gpx file. That file of up to 1000 caches can then be transferred to your GPSr. If you have a paperless unit then you'll also have access to the descriptions, hints and recent logs for each cache listing in the PQ. +wigoweb Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Actually, I believe that if you go to the cache page for a cache near your home and scroll down past the Hints section, you will see that you can search for... all nearby caches, that I haven't found. You can do this with any cache page whether it is near your home or some distance away. You will have to click on the second part after the comma to do the filtering. Pocket queries are great, but you don't need a PQ to accomplish your objective of filtering out your finds. Quote

The reason I asked this question is that my I Phone has this capacity and I just assumed the Geo Page should have it also. Quote
