knowschad
This is turning into my favourite thread. (stupid spell-checker...I'm CANADIAN! That's the way it's correctly spelled up here. Geez.) Down here in the US of A, our spellcheckers have an "Add to Dictionary" option. Quote Link to comment
TheCacheSeeker
If I wasnt laughing so hard I would be insulted. You left out that every four years on Feb 29th the forum is closed to all except Platinum members. really? Really. I'm surprised you didn't know that, considering Feb 30 is closed to all except cachers with a username that contains the word "cache"! what if feb 30th doesn't exist? (it really doesn't) Quote Link to comment

Pup Patrol
This is the correct thread...doh. Off-topic chatter often gets threads locked. Please don't let that happen to this thread. we want it to be a sticky, don't we? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
Another Groundspeak oversight. I hear that, to make up for it, they will be offering a Souvenir to those affected. What week do we get to complain about incorrect use of homonyms, bad grammar, and poor spelling? Sorry TTJ, it's an affliction I am trying to deal with. Quote Link to comment
knowschad
I think geocides would be a "Random Event", not a regularly scheduled item. They just can't be predicted, as is the nature of such cataclysmic and dramatic events. Well, they should be. It is very inconvenient to just go off and geocide any time somebody wants to. I mean, people have to read their logs and take time to rate the quality and angst level and all that. "Groundspeak Lingo Bingo" for everyone...there's so much potential! Personally, I am hoping the Frog will decide to post the schedule as a Sticky topic. So am I, in all seriousness. A little levity is much needed and appreciated in the non-Off Topic forum. I have made the changes everyone suggested. But to fit everything in the schedule now goes by month instead of season. The 15th of every odd numbered month has been reserved for "the forum regulars are hostile jerks" discussion. Above and beyond... Excellent work. Thank you. This is turning into my favourite thread. (stupid spell-checker...I'm CANADIAN! That's the way it's correctly spelled up here. Geez.) Yep - I am a new Canadian, originally from England and my stupid spell-checker doesn't even recognize Groundspeak or Geocaching, let alone favourite! That's correct to me too....... Use the "Add to dictionary" option for those words that it doesn't recognize, but you are sure are correct. Quote Link to comment

+Sol seaker
Thanks so much for this!!! I have been aware that this exists for some time, but have never seen it in print. Did you swipe it off of a platinum member?? So one that has come up (AGAIN) and can be added to your chart, is "cache owners won't add attributes". That needs to get in there too. Thanks again!!!! +SuperRat
I don't know... I don't really like this. I think that if you want to post something, you should have the ability to post it as soon as you want to... Not wait for a schedule. That's the way it is on most forums, and I think that's a better way... Quote Link to comment

+BuckeyeClan
I realize that the schedule is primarily to help newbies determine the right time to post their topics, but I think we need a couple of days for guidance to some of the "old-timers", too! First, a day to complain about how frequently some questions get asked. Second, a day to complain about the the existence of the "How did you serve?" thread. Thank you for considering these two worthy additions to the schedule. Quote Link to comment
