The description of the bug says that it "would like to visit any and all peace officer memorials". I did a quick search, though, and didn't find any near the twin cities, but you might take a look and see what's close. Quote Link to comment

Officers Scenic Cache How about this one: Officer Shawn Silvera Memorial Park. It's only a micro but you could dip the TB in and then place it in another cache later. Just a thought... I will take the travel bug for a visit and then place it in another nearby cache that is a little bigger. I have passed that rest stop on I94 near Millston a million times and never thought to stop and look at the memorial and since I relatively new to caching, it didn't occur to me to look there for a cache.
