+sTeamTraen
So, I will be in Seattle all next week (May 29-June 5), staying just north of town (Denny Park). I hope to get to the event in Burien on the Saturday. I'm looking for something to do on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, when I won't have a car. An evening caching run in a safe part of town could be fun, or maybe a meet-up, although there's no time to publish an official event. Any ideas or recommendations ? Thanks Nick Quote Link to comment
+sword fern
There are great virtuals and earthcaches, plus some traditionals and multis on the shore of the puget sound from downtown seattle. Denny park is walking distance from there. Quote Link to comment
+hydnsek
Hey Nick, welcome back! Hope we can arrange a get-together while you're here - wasn't it at Pyramid Ale last time? Quote Link to comment
+sTeamTraen
I believe it was Columbia City Ale House. It was certainly somewhere with very good English-type beer. Quote Link to comment
+WeightMan
I believe it was Columbia City Ale House. It was certainly somewhere with very good English-type beer. That was the place. We had a nice group there. I'm not sure what my schedule looks like when you are visiting. Perhaps we can work out something. BTW, the cache in Denny Park was archived, but is probably still in place. Quote Link to comment

He left geocaching for some personal reasons, I dont think I should state them here. But when he left, he archived all his caches. over 100 of em. So i Bet they are still there. Quote Link to comment
+Ladybug Kids
Gosh, Nick...so close, yet so far...too bad your schedule doesn't permit a hop up to Anchorage. We'd love to have you up here for the June 4 flash mob event so you could model (not flash ) your kaching kilt. Quote Link to comment
