+januszeal
I've currently got a T-Mobile US HTC G2 (HTC Desire Z elsewhere in the world). What phone has the best GPS performance? Typically my G2 shows my location within ~25', but that's sometimes not good enough. Would I be better off getting a dedicated GPS device? Quote Link to comment
+gsmX2
I use a Motorola Droid which seems as accurate as my Colorado 400T. If you are in a position to have both devices, both have their strengths. If I could only have one device, I would have the dedicated unit. The smartphones have a lot of delay gathering information. Found a lot of caches with a GPS and GSAK As my primary tools. +eusty
You could always add a bluetooth GPS, a lot cheaper! Quote Link to comment
