+CharlieP
I have not grabbed a TB for a while. I enter the code - it takes me to the page - but it does not show the options to grab, discover, etc. What's wrong? The name of the bug is SDUF and it was in Amsterdam. +The Blorenges
That is very strange... I've never seen that before... I see the TB page but the Trackable Options box which is normally in the top right corner isn't there, there's just a green strip obliterating the top portion of the page. Yet others seem to be logging it OK. Hmmm. I'm sure someone technical will be able to explain it to me. It's this trackable: SDUF Travel Bug. MrsB Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
I suspect their HTML'ing (or what-ever they have done to it!) of the webpage is causing the problem... Others refer to it in their logs. In Technical speak? They broke it! Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
You do mean "retrieved" don't you? 'Cuz that is what you did. Seen this problem before, and apparently it is related to their HTML. Other log(s) mention it also. At least you were able to "fix" it. I doubt we would be able. Quote Link to comment

+CharlieP
I found the solution with a hint from one of the other logs on the TB page. I used the IE tools/Compatibility View setting and that worked. But I still don't understand the problem - or the solution. Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
The compatibility problem is in the TB owner's court. It's something to do with their HTML construction or format. You cannot fix it, only adapt to it. That you did and apparently did it well. As for the next cacher? Well... it is still gonna be a problem. Quote Link to comment

+t4e
Looking okay for me. because someone must have fixed it somehow the green footer was at the top covering any logging access and some of the header was at the bottom, but not the "Trackable Options" section Quote Link to comment

7rxc
That's a lot better today! Anyone figure out exactly what caused that? Be good to avoid it, I think. Perhaps it was just one of those caches that broke when they changed the site (several occasions). This one was new a few years back so that might be it was never patched up.
