+Six of Clubs
I stumbled across this cache and was immediately intrigued by it...4 finds in 6 years!!! I am wondering if anybody out there has made progess on it?? It seems the final cache location is far far away but does the journey start as CSUF or is it far more cryptic than that??? +G & C
I'm not finding myself all that motivated to go after a cache like that with a CO that hasn't checked in in almost a year now. I remember we looked at that one briefly last year, but I can't remember why we never looked into it further. Quote Link to comment
+whinger
I too am interested in this one, but my puzzle cache skills are fairly poor. My best guess is that we have to use 299 792 458 somehow. That's as far as I've been able to get. Like I said, puzzle skills are poor. Quote Link to comment
vagabond
BIG Otis used to place some awesome caches, but he hung it up and said it was getting to political. I really enjoyed doing his caches when we were in the area Quote Link to comment
+1962penny
I started this cache. You have to download the PGP file, and it takes off from there. CSUF is the starting point. But it is long gone. contact me if you want help. Quote Link to comment
Keystone
I am moving this thread of regional interest from the Geocaching Topics forum to the West and Southwest forum. Ahhh, Otis Pug. My first fake birdhouse find. My first Decon container find. #nostalgic Quote Link to comment
+mike2find
I tried to find distance / bearing information at coordinates for A1 at Hillcrest park. No luck. Does anyone have the information as to what was at location A1. Or a hint of where it is, if still there. I looked at all trees, guardrail, and sign post in the area. Quote Link to comment
+1962penny
I searched at hillcrest park; found nothing. I have, however, narrowed down the GZ to a few hundred feet Quote Link to comment
