+Pharisee Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 There was a BBC cameraman and a couple of guys from the Ordnance Survey at the Cold Ashby trigpoint this morning filming a spot for the BBC Anglia Region's 'Look East' program at 6:30 this evening. It was to commemorate the 75th anniversary of first sightings taken in the last triangulation of Great Britain on 18th April 1936. A motley collection of trigpointers turned up while they were filming and might have got in on the action... Quote Link to comment

Pharisse is correct.He also has a very good eyesight as the wall barely appears ! What also kind of confirms this is the final scene where you can see a couple of intrepid ramblers stepping out from the lower car park in front of the Burford Bridge hotel.This is at the base of Box Hill.
