Email Notifications

I had to change my Email from MSN to Q and when I did I can not save my notification to my E mail. I can set it up and it will work for a few notifications for one day and then it is deleted. I can save my pocket queries and it works fine. Can anyone help me out?

Yes it is validated. I don't know why my pocket queries works but it will not keep notifications

a shot in the dark, but worth a try...in the screen where you create the notification does it say beside your email address (Primary)?

 

also, is the box "Enable Notifications (Uncheck to Pause)" checked?

Yes the email address is primary and the enable notifications is checked. I am fairly sure it has something to do with the new Q email account with quest but I can't figure out how it is deleting them.

Did you look at your 'junk' folder...

Some systems have recognized automated mail as spam etc... and sent it there in the past.

I believe that the solution for that was to put the originating site as a Contact. Not sure if this is what's happening since I don't use either... just reporting what I've read in the past on here with similar situations.
