+shroomAzoom
So, there was a massive hail storm that passed through Ontario late this past weekend. In Thunder Bay, stones the size of ping pong balls were dropping all over the place. The Trans Canada Highway that passes right by was covered, in some places two inches thick. I was out hiding caches earlier (it was a nice day) and was glad to be back safe at home when the hail came down. Did anyone get caught in it in other parts of the province? I saw there were hail storms down in the southern and western parts of Ontario too. Here's a link to a video shot of the storm. Quote Link to comment

+Juicepig
We got hail a few days ago in Barrie area - but we normally get hail whenever there is tornado warnings Quote Link to comment
+Keith Watson
Coming back from London Sunday after hitting over 200 caches in a day on Saturday, we drove through the center of a pretty strong cell. We didn't get the hail, just massive down pour. Another cacher behind us on the highway drove through the same storm and he got the hail. Quote Link to comment
