flat_lander Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 I was just curious how a rating get's assigned to a particular thread? Is this simply an administrator deciding how good a topic is, or is there some quantiative process for rating? "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible." -George Burns
+welch Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 No, a threads rated by those that choose to rate it (and the reason I dont pay attention to them). If I decide to give you a five, and I did, and no one else rates it. The threads a five, even if I have no idea about whats actually in the thread. Or even if I do, maybe I like threads about and rate it high, and you don't so you rate it low. And between the two of use we have a 3....so what?! To rate a thread just click the "rate it" link. Its at the top left corner.
flat_lander Posted April 17, 2003 Author Posted April 17, 2003 Ahhh... I see the link now. I never noticed the "Rate it" link under the tabs. *Smacks Forehead* "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible." -George Burns
