cimawr Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 (edited) I'm going to be selling off some of my duplicate geocoins (all unactivated). It's been quite a while since I regularly participated on this forum (life events got in the way of both geocaching and coin collecting for a few years), and I can't recall whether or not posting links to EBay auctions is frowned on... can someone enlighten me? Editing to add: Dur, never mind, I found the guidelines. Edited April 3, 2011 by cimawr Quote
Eartha Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Yes, but only if it is trackable on geocaching.com. Quote
Eartha Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Start a separate thread, so you can title it, and the first post will describe the sale. Quote
cimawr Posted April 4, 2011 Author Posted April 4, 2011 Thanks Eartha! . (I found the guidelines & edited my post as you were posting your reply, I believe.) Quote
WRITE SHOP ROBERT Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Yes, but only if it is trackable on geocaching.com. And I think the link provided needs to be directly to the sale page(for the coin), not to Ebay in general, and not to an Ebay store. Quote
Eartha Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Yes, a link should lead directly to the trackable item for sale. Quote
