+mamoreb
I will visit Belarus later this year. I am sad to see that there are only 6 caches in Belarus. 4 of the caches are probably missing. This leads me to believe that there are no active cachers in Belarus. I could probably hide a cache during my visit, in a central part of Minsk. However, there is a year or three between my visits. Could we do an international cooperation on maintaining a couple of caches in Minsk? I think that most visitors, like me, would check the cache listings before traveling there. I could write on the cache page that other visitors are very welcome to help maintain the cache, get in touch with me for exact information about placement, etc, if they see that the cache isn't found. Is this acceptable? I'm thinking that a cache that is maintained randomly, or at least on a "bi-yearly" basis, might be better than no cache at all, in a "geocaching developing country"...?
