I think the root of the problem here is that we're trying to deal rationally with an irrational person. It never works. The TB's he has are as good as gone. It's time to ban him.

Agreed. The missing TBs are a sunk cost. It has been said that a suspension or banishment would probably have little or no effect, but it would probably prevent him from tracking the movements of coins and bugs, *if* Groundspeak would stop disclosing their presence to guest users.

 

(The information that Groundspeak discloses to anonymous users needlessly exposes the site and its users to all kinds of abuse, but that is a whole different topic.)
