Hi You might find this site useful for some of your queries... http://garminoregon.wikispaces.com/Geocaching#FAQ-GC2. It relates to the Oregon, but it is very similar to the 62s. The Wiki for the 62 series is here.... http://garmingpsmap.wikispaces.com/message/list/home To delete the .gpx file from the 62s....... connect the GPS to your PC ( goes into mass storage mode ). Use Windows explorer to navigate to the garmin/gpx folder and delete the 2 .gpx files to remove all geocaches. Run a new Pocket Query on GC.com. Load the 2 .gpx files into the garmin/gpx folder.
