No Pocket Queries for the last two days?

I have now failed to receive my Pocket Queries for the last two days in a row. I assume that I am not the only one, although I have not seen anyone else mention any problems here in the forums.

Is this already a known issue?

I didn't get Monday's. As for Tuesday, it is far from over. Maybe we'll get it sometime later today.

My wife says put a coordinate on it and I'll find it.

Didn't get one yesterday, and I didn't think much about it.

But I didn't get one this morning, either. So

I'm seeing the same thing you are.

I used to have a query run daily for me to ensure it was working. I'll set that up again. It'll take a bit of time to regenerate them but you should get them today.

I may be jumping the gun a bit, but there were no Pocket Queries for me this morning. My first 4 usually arrive at 12:01-12:02 AM, with my 5th coming along a couple of hours later. I have none in my inbox this morning.

I usually get mine very early in the morning as well, but have not received them yet this morning. It is early in the day though, and is plenty of time for them still to come. Jeremy has pointed out befroe that after a busy weekend things tend to run a little slower on Monday. Hopefully they will be here later in the day.

I'm pretty sure I set up all the parameters correctly, yet I have not received a single e-mail to date. (After about a week). But, then again, maybe I'm not pushing the right buttons..

Yes, there is still plenty of time for Jeremy to restart the queries manually. However, it is clear that the automatic query run has failed today, as it always launches at midnight, regardless of whether or not it was a busy weekend.

It takes about 4 hours to generate them at the start of each day. It apparently crashed so I am restarting it now. You should expect to get them by the end of the day.

They actually run continuously throughout the day, but do not start the daily ones until after midnight.

It seems that the site was down for several hours this morning. Did it affect the queries for this morning? icon_confused.gif

Hrrrmmmm... haven't gotten my queries today... Am I the only one?

Guess it follows Murphy's law...when you need them the most, you don't get them. icon_frown.gif

Our Pocket Queries have been intermittent lately and one, (the most important one in some ways) hasn't shown up for several days. We had one configured for locationless caches, and the query seemed to run fine until a week or so ago. Now it doesn't run at all. I've tried changing some of the parameters, but short of changing the whole nature of the query, it won't run. Of course it's hard to experiment too much since you can only run the query once a day. Any ideas (Jeremy?)?

Anybody been missing there's lately? Just wondering since I haven't received mine today.

I sent email to the Groundspeak guys this morning when mine didn't show up. (As I mentioned in a previous post, mine start arriving at about midnight, so if they aren't there by the time I wake up, there is usually something wrong.) They then restarted the queries, and as a result, they started coming through about 9-1/2 hours later than normal. You should eventually receive them.

Man, I can't believe how lost I am when they don't come through! [icon_smile.gif]

I received only one of the ones I had scheduled for on Friday, and I haven't received any since.(No Sat, Sun, or Mon). icon_confused.gif

I've been getting mine reliably for some time, but suddenly they stopped. Bad timing since I'm taking a trip in a couple of days!

I still hope that soon they will be produced/sent on demand.

From my experiece...they don't get sent when you're about to take a trip and really need them! They do get sent at all other times, though. icon_razz.gif

We're having some trouble with the query engine failing and it requires a manual restart. I restarted it around 9:30 AM PST so queries should be going out soon.

It's 7:00 p.m. and I've only received one of my queries icon_frown.gif The one I received is for my local caches, the one I don't need for my trip icon_confused.gif

Got all of mine yesterday, but haven't seen today's. Usually get it before I get to work at 4:00 a.m.

We switched our email servers last night and due to the additional problem with the pocket queries breaking in the morning, some didn't go out. All of them went out today.
