Adoption question

Hi All,

 

I have not been able to do as much Geocaching as I used to and I was wondering if there is

a process in place for offering local geocachers the chance to adopt some of my caches.

 

I seem to remember there used to be but I can't find it now.

 

Anyone help?

Basically - you find a cacher that wants to take over your cache(s) and then use the form to make the transfer.

 

IS there a local Geocaching group?? semi-local?? statewide??

I've had caches adopted ... you need to find someone who shares your enthusiasm for the cache, and ask them nicely ... it works.

Consider placing a note on each cache, then any watchers or future finders will see it and maybe offer to take them over.
