+GeoRVers
Just about every forum I participate in shows the poster's location in the information below their avatar. Why not here on the Geocaching.com forum? This is a location based game and knowing a persons location would help in understanding some of the post. Just as observation... Quote Link to comment
GOF and Bacall
It was lost in the forum upgrades. Rumor has it that they are looking into it. Quote Link to comment

+briansnat
As others mentioned, this is a recent thing that was introduced with the new forum software. Now, if I want to know where a poster is based, I take a look at his hides and finds. That is usually a good indicator. Quote Link to comment
+GeoRVers
I haven't been on here that long and didn't know that they use to show the location. Just couldn't imagine why they wouldn't think location was good to know info. Thanks... Quote Link to comment
GOF and Bacall
It wasn't, to the best of my knowledge, intentional. More of an unexpected consequence of the upgrades. Trust me, well worth the trade off even if they don't come up with a fix. Quote Link to comment
