Boom1chaching
I just bought a few groceries and right as I get to my car I saw a couple of people looking around. Confused, I asked them if they needed help looking for something and they said they were "geocaching." Now, I didn't know what that was, so I just played along and decided to help them look. They didn't know what they were looking for except a container and... These two nice people got me started with geocaching. Now, I can't just dive in since I'm a bit young but... This sounds really fun and I'm glad I saw that nice couple! Quote Link to comment
+Max and 99
If you're old enough to drive to the grocery store, you're old enough to dive right into geocaching! Go for it! The geocaching knowledgebooks and forums are a great source of information for any questions you have about getting started. Quote Link to comment

+D0kt0r_D
I met up with a bunch of kids while caching one summer and I was really impressed by their enthusiasm and love of the sport. Besides, the smaller ones had eyes at just the right level for a few of the finds that day. Welcome to a whole new way of seeing the world around you! Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
A bit young? There are many teenage geocachers who travel from cache to cache on a bicycle. If you can drive a car, you more than old enough. Quote Link to comment
