She's been found ( see last post)

 

Sometime yesterday morning our Veloteq Commuter HT electric scooter was stolen from our buildings parking lot in Victoria, BC. It's a bright yellow & black (see photo) with a travel bug on the top of the carrier #[/url].

 

It's a long shot but could our fellow cachers please keep an eye out for her in your travels and pass the info on if you spot her. She's been reported to the police. She's a true travel bug now, hoping she makes it home after catching the culprits with the flea infested crotches that is. Thank you.

Oh man, that's a real bummer. I know how you feel. Had my car stolen twice here in NYC. I hope the travel bug pays off big time for you and you get your scooter back all in one piece.

She's back, thanks to Victoria's Finest who raided a place today and found her among several other e-bikes. A 5 man gang of thieves are now on their radar. A little worse for wear, she's had a bad spray paint job, her ignition was damaged, her alarm broken, there's a lot of nuts and bolts missing and a different battery but she runs okay. She's a hero in our eyes taking part in bringing down a flea ridden theft ring. We're glad she's back.

Amazingly fast police work there, and even more amazing how fast the culprits could do that much damage. Glad to hear you got it back.
