+Volvo Man
I have noticed that in the UK, when a TB is placed in a regular cache, it doesn't stay there for long before someone rushes out and gets it moving again. I have placed a few Bugs in the US and they haven't moved for 3 weeks. Some are racing other who I am tracking, and they too have not moved much in the last 3 weeks. Is this the general thing in the US? Or perhaps UK cachers are just doing it because it doesn't take long to exhaust the list of local caches. (thanks to our country being so small and all). +brad.32
Depends on the cache and the area. Around here bugs get taken up quickly, as there are people who watch for bugs and go pick them up. Quote Link to comment
+JeeperDad
A lot depends on where there cache is, and how many active cachers there are nearby. I have some caches that go weeks without anyone visiting.. .and I have a couple that get hit daily. So travelbugs in the one sit...in the other move quickly. Urban caches seem to move bugs much more quickly... epecially now that winter is coming. JeeperDad (on my way to another drive-by cache) Quote Link to comment
+Cave Troll and Eeyore
I have a TB "Hope the Bear" currently in Hull Pot (here in the UK) since 29 Sptember. Sure wish someone would help her move on !! Quote Link to comment
