Guest TresOkies
With me as the owner of a TB, the only things I can do when I edit it are "I have it!" or "Make a note". The only way I can dispose of it is to put it in a cache. Here's my problem. I'm going to hand one of my travel bugs to my brother-in-law so he can plant it for me on his way to Houston. He should be able to log it wherever and however he sees fit. I want to transfer it to him without transferring ownership. I can't find any way to give it to him without pretending to stick it in a cache and letting him retrieve it with his account. -E ------------------ N35°32.981 W98°34.631 Quote Link to comment

It looks like he has the same options you do as to logs. Presumably, if he logs an "I have it!" entry, the bug comes into his possession automagically. Quote Link to comment
Guest Markwell
Yep, and his selection will not say he "retrieved it" it will say he "grabbed" it. I did this with the Challenge of the Superfriends and it worked just fine. ------------------ Markwell My GPS Activity Page Non omnes vagi perditi sunt Quote Link to comment
