Temporarily Disable Ignore List

Is there a way to temporarily disable ignore list so that you do not have to remove everything from the list and add them back just to see them appear in PQs or on the map screen? If there isn't, wouldn't it be nice to have a button you could check on the list to enable and disable ignoring the caches on the list, or the button on the actual map screen to view/hide ignore list caches? This way your list remains intact, you are just choosing/toggling whether or not to view or ignore it.

Actually they automatically show up in your PQ unless you click the "Not On My Ignore List" button in the "That" section of the query.

So just do a PQ w/o checking the box and there they are.

Kind of true.

If you are only previewing the pq, a long standing bug that gc seems to want to ignore doesn't show them, same for the preview maps (even though, as you state, they are in the downloaded file).

I was wondering why when I would run a PQ that it would say X results found but then I would still only be able to see the ones that had not been ignored on the preview and map view. Sounds like from what you guys said that if I go ahead and put the PQ into GSAK I will be able to see the ignored ones.

I would love to see Groundspeak just add the check box like I mentioned though to toggle the list on and off (hint hint to any lackeys reading this)

Thanks guys.

One workaround would be to add these ignored caches to a regular bookmark list. Doing this small task at the same time as you ignored the cache would only take a few seconds. You could then very easily run PQs of that bookmark list and preview this PQ. Edited by sbell111

The preview list (and all lists) are set to automatically hide any caches that are on your ignore list. When you run a query on the ignore list, the query will return all the caches being ignored, but they won't show up on teh preview list because they are on the ignore list.
