+Nikon-ing
Here's another one I received in a grab bag. Can't find any info on it, though. Thanks again Quote Link to comment

+Nikon-ing
Ok. I'm so confused about these GW coins. I thought this one was the official GW5 coin, but then I saw this one. You say my triangular one is the official 'attendee' coin? What's the difference between them all?? Quote Link to comment
+Mauison
Ok. I'm so confused about these GW coins. I thought this one was the official GW5 coin, but then I saw this one. You say my triangular one is the official 'attendee' coin? What's the difference between them all?? The triangle coin is the official GW5 coin. The other two coins were GW5 coins minted by vendors who sold them at the event. Quote Link to comment
+Toojin
Ok. I'm so confused about these GW coins. I thought this one was the official GW5 coin, but then I saw this one. You say my triangular one is the official 'attendee' coin? What's the difference between them all?? The first one you list was made by Oakcoins. The Sunburst was made by Castleman as it shows on the page you linked At any rate there is only ever one official event coin made by the GeoWoodstock committee at each GeoWoodstock. They are available for sale at the event and / or come in registration packets. To the best of my knowledge the official coins have always sold out at the event. Other people and / or companies are allowed to use the trademarked words GeoWoodstock or the letters GW in relation to GeoWoodstock only if they pay to use it, if sold, or have permission if not selling the coin. Many coin vendors make coins related to GeoWoodstock and other events to sell at those events. (E.G. Midwest GeoBash, GeoCoinFest) But so far there has been one official coin at those events also, even though there are many sold related to the event. Don't know if my ramblings helped or not. And I hope that others will add to them. It is confusing... Quote Link to comment

Thank you. If you want to see the official GW coins from the first one made - GW III on up (both attendee and the volunteer edition) you know where I am at... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> Yes, I do!!! But now you've thrown another monkey in the works. There's an official attendee AND and official volunteer coin? You got pictures? I'll have to try googling the volunteer coin for GW5...
