Completion Code does not work

I received several messages that the completion code I provide from my cartridges does not work to unlock the cartridge on-line.

I just tried it myself, indeed I got a message "wrong code". The corresponding GWS file did unlock the cartridge without problems.

Is there a bug with the completion code handling?

yes, yes there is

the generated completion codes are 16 characters, but the website only recognizes 15 characters

simply remove the last character when you're entering completion code

I would expect this either to be fixed or at least have a small note about the bug on the website where entering the code.

I cant get a completion code from anywhere. Do you get off line or what? Where does it come from? I just built my first cartridge and cant figure out how to get the code and then when/if I do get it, how do I have it show in the cartridge at the completion of the game? i used the Wherigo builder to build the cartridge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
