Never heard of CacheSense till today. I looked at the web site. It appears you install gpx files on the SD card. Alternatively, if you don't have a data card, you can download an installer to transfer gpx files to the Blackberry via usb. I use Blackstar.

I do it one of two ways, depending on the size of the file. If it is small enough you can email it. Open the email and download the attachment. On mine CacheSense picks it up and loads it. If yours does not, pick where you want it downloaded, go into CacheSense, in the menu choose Import GPX and browse to where you saved it, then open it. If the file is too big to email then transfer it through your USB cable and Blackberry Desktop Manager, then follow the above instructions to load.
