not getting logs

Need some suggestions as to a fix. This summer I noticed that I was no longer getting copies of the logs on my caches. I didn't hink anything of it until one of my caches was archived after a member was unable to find the cache and logged it as missing.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what has happened and what I should do to fix this problem?

This has happened to me twice. Both times when I opened a ticket with Groundspeak I was pretty much told my server must have enacted a filter. The first time I was okay with this since it was my work email address, but the second time it was yahoo, so I find it unlikely that they would have started to filter geocaching emails just to my account. In both cases I had to change my email address on the geocaching web page to a new email account to get it to start working again. This is why I maintain two yahoo email accounts now.

 

If someone figures out why this happens I would like to hear it as well.

I had this same problem a few weeks ago. I suddenly stopped getting all types of logs, newly published and even CO logs. Since I run my own mail server and could see that I was getting no email traffic, I knew that it was not a filtering issue and had to be coming from the other end (i.e Groundspeak). I opened a ticket with them and a day or two later, I started getting all of the logs again. Not really sure what fixed it.
