tracy3636
Is there a way to link travel bugs so if you go to one TB page you can click to see the TB racing partner etc... without giving the number away? Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
You can include a hyperlink in the description. The hyperlink will point to the URL of the the bug, and use the sequential number, not the secret 6 digit code. For example, I could include on my travel bug page in the description the following code: Go to <A href=http://www.geocaching.com/track/track_detail.asp?ID=232>Geoffrey, the Ultimate Geocacher</a> and they would see something like: Go to Geoffrey, the Ultimate Geocacher. Note that by doing that, I don't actually give away Geoffrey's 6 digit logging number. If you just have two bugs that are racing, you can just link each to the other. If you've got multiple bugs, you might want to consider doing a hub for the bugs - a central website location that links to all of them, while giving information on the race. Then put a link on each bug's page to the hub. See what I did for The Challenge of the Superfriends. I may have to add some other links to these guys soon. I have this feeling of impending doom.
