(Gradem 1-7), and because the garmin etrex H only shows 5 letters of the file name, and these cahces all have the same first five letters, it appears that everytime I download a new one, it overwrites the last one. Is there some way that I can download the caches to my computer first, rename them in Windows Explorer then transfer them to my gps in their new format? Quote Link to comment
+The Spindoctors Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 You could edit the GPX file and rename them yourself, but I would recommend downloading GSAK (gsak.net) and using the Smart names option when you upload the waypoints to your GPS. GSAK can be trialled for free, but after using it for a few months you'll release it's worth the small fee ClydeE asks for. Quote Link to comment
