mpgerrity Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Recently purchased a Delorme PN40 and am trying to download cache coordinants from the Geocache website. When I attempt to download a geocache I see a screen that shows a list of items that need to be checked before I can download the cache information. The first item is the necessary driver and the international symbol for stop with a button that states Download. When I click the download button I am taken to the Delorme website. I selected the PC option and follow the instructions to download the driver. When done, I restart my laptop and attempt to download a cache. The original window appears. I tried it 3 times without success. Any suggestions? Quote

All I did was download and install the plug in. Quote

This evening I attempted to download cache coordinates from the Geocaching.com website and was sucessful for a few but then encountered the same issue with others. Is there any reason why that would happen? Quote
+jeffbouldin Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 What browser are you using? The Delorme plugin only works with IE and Firefox. It does not work with Chrome. Also try posting at forum.delorme.com, the guys over there are very helpful. Quote
