sdarken
I couldn't get the 10 mile thing either without bumping into the 500 cache limit. This was the best I could do: Quote Link to comment
mtbikernate
This is what my area looks like. cachedensity by mtbikernate, on Flickr I don't go after the parking lot hides or power trails...and the other ones I'm still working on. Quote Link to comment
+BCandMsKitty
I'll play When we started 3 years ago, there was about 1/3 the caches that are around now. Quote Link to comment
+d+n.s
As you can see, I live in one of the worse neighborhoods in town Either way, there are soe great parks here that need caches. I'm working on that. any further and it exceeds the limit hard Edited November 20, 2010 by d+n.shults Quote Link to comment

+hydnsek
432 caches... I'm shocked, *shocked* I say, that there are unfound caches in this snap. WA's #1 cacher is getting lazy! Edited November 20, 2010 by hydnsek Quote Link to comment

+TerraViators
a 10 mile search from my exact address yielded 797 caches. 9 miles = 679 8 miles = 558 7 miles = 456 6 miles = 332 5 miles = 259 4 miles = 185 3 miles = 82 2 miles = 40 1 mile = 20 (4 are my hides) Edited November 20, 2010 by TerraViators Quote Link to comment

+hurleyanne
Like others, I had to zoom in one level compared to the original poster due to exceding 500 caches. I moved away for ~2.5 years and caching exploded here while I was gone! Quote Link to comment

Oops, I'm sorry. Greasmonkey and user supplied scripts are a way to alter a way a web page looks. I presented a map veiw that is much different that the normal view. Again, sorry Quote Link to comment
+terratin
We've moved to Copenhagen, Denmark in june. Map centered around where we live (we are here #3) with a cluster of finds just dropping of the bottom of this map. We've still got a lot of biking and puzzling to do! +Leaky Spoon
That looks like a police badge. Series? Sorry - haven't been on the forum since ... it's a Raider shield. Series caches all start with "The Early Years" and it's in Nevada. Quote Link to comment
+hzoi
The 2-mile scale map shows 326 caches near our house in Montgomery (255 excluding our hides and finds). We just moved from Charlottesville, VA, this summer. Able to zoom way out on this one, it's not a cache-rich area. Map shows 117 caches around our old address, only 6 excluding our hides and finds (all hidden after we left). A year before that, we were in Wiesbaden, Germany. I had to zoom in on the map to the 5000 foot scale to get it from exceeding 500 caches. 239 caches, 192 excluding our hides and finds (but only 22 of these were around when we left at the end of June 2009). Looks like a good number of the finds we had at the time have been archived, too. Quote Link to comment
+ZeLonewolf
I, too, am unable to zoom out to the desired zoom level. This view gives me 325 caches. Welcome to RI, the most densely populated state in the nation. I wonder if it's also the most densely cache-populated state also? Quote Link to comment
+mountainman38
Here's our view right where we are. We live in a pretty rural area; however, even moving the map a bit to the east or south has too many caches for the 2 mile zoom level. We have a VERY active caching community!! I have to say that your "The Early Years" series of caches makes the coolest looking cache assembly I've ever seen! Nice work. Quote Link to comment

It's not really a powertrail -- it takes some time to complete it as it's most all desert. Lots of good responses, here Quote Link to comment
+sanssheriff
I kinda had to put my home location off center to view the most caches I could from a 2 mile zoom, even then there is only 168 caches showing. That's me over next to that unknown cache in the northeast corner. Now if thecaswellfamily, hydnsek, TotemLake, Funnynose, Rey del Roble and I pasted our maps together we could just about cover western WA. Quote Link to comment
