Guest BrownMule
I thought that a T.B. was susposed to automatically track it's mileage when it was moved. I just picked up this bug and moved it but no tracking. What did I do Wrong? http://www.geocaching.com/track/track_detail.asp?ID=629 BrownMule Quote Link to comment
Guest Webfoot
Looks like the owner never logged it himself. I think it only tracks miles when it's been logged from cache to cache. Since it appears as if yours is the first log, it should record mileage when someone else places it in another cache. Quote Link to comment

Guest Webfoot
quote:Also as a side note, it won't produce a map of the travels until it has moved at least 30 miles. I was wondering about that, as I'd seen some with maps and some without. I was assuming that maybe the owner had the ability to turn on or off the map once it had traveled to a new cache. Thanks for the info. Quote Link to comment
JMaxamillion
in order for the milage to show the T-bug must have moved at least 30mi MAX Quote Link to comment

It is the map of the travels that will not display until the distance exceeds 30 miles. Quote Link to comment
+Zephyrus
Greetings and thanks for the information on distance a TBug must travel before being shown on map. Currently have 9 of them little devils released into this world. BrownMules post got me wondering. Zillion thanks... Zephyrus Quote Link to comment
