+LizzyHoops
I have tried twice now to locate a specific cache, one of the logs says "the 6/4 rule was just right for this cache". I've heard of not hiding a cache higher than 6 feet, but not sure if that is what they are talking about...and what is the 4? Thanks Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
Never heard of it. You are best off asking the person who wrote it. BTW there is nothing that says you can't hide a cache higher than 6 feet. There are many caches that require a climb. Saw one last week that was about 40 up in a tree. Quote Link to comment
+Ecylram
No clue here either on what the 6/4 rule would be. Quote Link to comment
G-Caching
Never heard of it, but I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with 6 feet... Quote Link to comment
+PokerLuck
Well, in the Tennessee Code, the 6/4 rule has to do with Treatement for Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Maybe they're finally starting to realize just how addictive Geocaching is? Quote Link to comment

+LizzyHoops
make 6 steps forward and then 4 back? Well thanks for all the guesses, reading further back in the logs it seems the coords are off a bit and wherever it is it is tall. Maybe he was the 6'4''. Better clues I should be able to find it now...thanks! http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...cc-bc6287a1daf9 Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
Eye level/head height... But only for tall people? Quote Link to comment
+kpanko
This is a fantastic playground. We had no children with us but we got involved in playing around here. We were just about to give up the hunt when hubby spotted it. It does not follow the 5'3" rule... but by working together...we managed. found while out with jhssearcher on a fairly cool october day. SL tfth the 6\4 rule was just right for this cache In context, the meaning is clear. Quote Link to comment
