+Too Tall John
Sure signs of addiction to geocaching: You don't mind trudging through the rain and mud to find some pill bottle (really?) someone left in a tree. You plan vacations around caching. You volunteer to drive long distances for work because you can cache on the way home. +BoMS
You're addicted to geocaching when you find it easier to give directions by saying which caches are close than by using street names/cities (only works on other geocachers of course ) Quote Link to comment
GOF and Bacall
Wow! Is it really time for the bi-annual "You know you're addicted when" thread already? Time sure does fly. Quote Link to comment

+BaylorGrad
Well, I'm new enough to the boards that this is a new topic for me! I know I'm addicted to Geocaching because I have now dreamed about searching for a certain DNF. (One that I have spent 3.5 hours and 3 trips looking for, ugh!) Quote Link to comment
+T_M_H
Well, I'm new enough to the boards that this is a new topic for me! I know I'm addicted to Geocaching because I have now dreamed about searching for a certain DNF. (One that I have spent 3.5 hours and 3 trips looking for, ugh!) I had a dream about finding one I have not even looked for yet. It is one near me with 1 find in 3 years and ~130 DNFs. Quote Link to comment
+Team Dennis
When it is 9PM, 40 degrees outside, you are settled in on the couch winding down from a long day when 3 new caches pop up and instead of waiting until the next morning you get your parka on and head out to bag the FTFs. Or when you take precious vacation time away from work strictly for the purposes of heading out for a monster week of caching. Quote Link to comment

+narcissa
Or, I look at a pill bottle and think, that would be a good cache. When you're truly addicted to geocaching, you look at a pill bottle and shudder because you know that they make terrible geocaches. Quote Link to comment

+Team Dennis
When your spouse hands you a birthday card to sign and you write down your Geocaching handle and the date instead. "Happy Birthday! Love, Team Dennis 11/10/10" Good thing it wasn't one of those five dollar cards you see. Quote Link to comment
+MontyFam
Every time I visit home depot no matter what isle I'm in I wonder if the product on the shelf in front of me can be used to make a cache! Quote Link to comment
