Does deleteing logs remove milage?

Nope. The logs are independent from the mileage and even the caches that they've been put in on the history list of the bug.

Consider a hypothetical bug that started off in a cache near my home and hopped around for 20 miles, then zoomed to China and back. Great trip.

Joe Cacher moved the bug from the second to the third cache. He decides he doesn't like Geocaching anymore, and before leaving, he deletes all his logs on caches and travel bugs.

That would royally mess up this hypothetical bug. But Jeremy was foresighted enough to make it so that the bug stores that information in another place than the logs - on the bug's info itself.

The Jekyll and Hyde rule of coding -> When designing something, sort out how to break it. Then fix it before you make it.

Given that information, not asking to have it done, but would it be possible to set up something to allow the owner to remove milage??

Just curious...
