Off to south wales should i drop a TB

Hi im off to Cardiff later and hopefully il have time to do a few caches but iv heard there is a group or persons stealing trackables? if so dos any1 know who they are and were there active, Should i drop off a TB?

As the owner of that cache above I can let you know that it's OK, the trackables weren't stolen - the cacher who took them just left it rather a long time before they retrieved them out of the cache page inventory. The three items currently listed in the inventory were definitely there on 16th October.

We've just come back from Wales and had no problems with trackables.

I was going to do the J23a cache, but both kids had fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake them for 'just one more cache in Wales'!

There were a few that disappeared a couple of years ago when placed in caches in West Wales that reappeared as painted rocks in a cache in Spain but that appears to have stopped now - they should be quite safe.
