+powercatjeffy Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 The buttons along the right side of my Garmin 60csx have quit working. They have stopped working previously, but came back in a fairly short time after that. Currently, they haven't worked for a couple of days. To me, it sounds like something on the board and something that will need to be fixed by Garmin. Anyone else had this problem? Quote Link to comment
ao318 Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 No, but I had my power button fail where I couldn't turn the unit off. Luckily my unit was under warranty at the time and was replaced. Haven't had any issues since. Quote Link to comment

I emailed Garmin and since I was out of warranty there was a flat rate fee for fixing it. If it couldn't be fixed, they would send out another unit. Mine ended up being replaced so if you send it in remove your batteries and SD card, if you put one in. Quote Link to comment
