+WoodenNi
We found our first travel bug yesterday. Followed the directions towards logging the bug. Logged In. Put in date, pulled down "I have it!" Double checked and entered correct tracking#. Checked the box which showed the correct location we retrieved the bug. Entered short decription and then clicked to enter log. But when I go back to Travel Bug log page our log desn't show up. Does it take longer for Travel Bug logs to show up? Or maybe it won't show up as retrieved until we place it somewhere else. Just trying to make sure we do this right. Quote Link to comment
+droosa
If you in fact entered the Tracking Number that is not right. You need to enter the Dog Tag number which is 6 digits. If you are referring to the Route Sixty Six TB it has not been grabbed as yet. Good Luck.... ________________________________________________________ " When you come to a fork in the road....Take it " - Yogi Berra Quote Link to comment
+WoodenNi
When we go to the Log a Traveler Page. It says tracking number. But we did enter the 6 digit dog tag number in the tracking number field under the Log a Traveler Page. Quote Link to comment

If you entered the number, some comments in the that section and clicked the box to enter the log, you are doing it right. There really is not a delay when you grab the bug, it should happen within a few seconds of entering the log. Did you try it again? ________________________________________________________ " When you come to a fork in the road....Take it " - Yogi Berra Quote Link to comment
+brad.32
The tracking number is the correct number. The other one (TBxxxx) is the reference number and is not (usually) used. Quote Link to comment
