Adoption page Submit Link not working?

I'm trying to adopt out a cache, but when I fill out the online form, the Submit Request button is grayed out, and no-clicky for me.

 

I tried it in three different browsers, no go in all. (IE8, Firefox, & Opera; all most recent versions)

 

Is it just me, or what?

 

Suggestions?

you need to complete the "user lookup" procedure first. enter (at least part of) the username, click GO. then pick the right user from the dropdown list and select "pick user". then you can submit the request.

Hmm... The User Lookup link isnt working for me either. I tried that, but didnt work. Then I put in the user's name manually...Neither works.

 

I thought it might be Firefox blocking a script, but it didnt work when I tried IE & Opera either.

Be sure you're logged in under the account that owns the cache you're trying to adopt out.

Yes, it's working for me. Be sure that you are typing in a valid user name.

Where is the link to adopt a cache out? I have gone through, what I thought, was all of the forum pages with relevant info and I can not find it LOL Can someone please let me know How and Where I would go to adopt out one of my caches
