Help needed for a TB race (Richmond Hill, Ontario)

Hi all,

 

So I grabbed a TB while in Tanzania, Africa.

Goal is to collect as many miles as possible within 1 year.

 

I brought it back and had it visit a cache, so the mileage could be logged. Then I read the rules and I can't move it more than twice at the risk of disqualification of the miles I logged (over 12000K)

 

So instead of of dropping it to another cache, was wondering if there is a cacher in the Richmond Hill area that can grab it off me and then continue to move it along the race....

Why don't you just go put it into the cache that you logged it in when you returned? Put it in and drop it? Wouldn't that work. You can then write a note on the TB page recording what you did and that you didn't have the rules right. Then someone else can retieve it and move it legally. I am sure the race owner and TB owner will be fine with that.
