HolleyR
In December me and Drarok are going to Derby Uni for a gig. Having had a quick look on google maps it looks like there are a good few parks to mooch about. But are there any caches anyone would really recommend in the area. We have a car and the whole day so even in the surrounding area if there is one not to be missed please say! Quote Link to comment
+Gushoneybun
A little out of Derby, but close together are: Lay Siege to Horsley Castle an unexpected suprise. Plus: Old Alice in the Bacon Box a mystical little place. Quote Link to comment
+pklong
My advice would be to avoid Derby city centre (it's pretty dire caching in the urban bits of Derby) Markeaton Park isn't bad for caching, I couldn't recommend anywhere else. However Head north and north west out of Derby and you have the peak district within easy reach and will be spoilt rotten for good caching (if you have the time). Quote Link to comment
